우연히 맛 보게 된 도이창커피

A while living in Chiang Rai, we was missed the ocean. We prepared to Phuket travel. The day before leaving, I have a taste the fresh green beans freshly harvested to the roasted black coffee.

I fascinated by the grazed distinctive my nose deep rich fruits aroma and exotic taste in the mouth with a soft enough sensitive.
치앙라이에 거주하면서 우리는 바다가 무척 그리웠다. 우리 부자는 푸켓여행을 준비하였다. 그런데 떠나기 전 날 우연히 갓 수확한 신선한 커피생두를 즉석에서 볶은 블랙커피를 맛보게 되었다. 나는 코끝에 스치는 진하고 독특한 깊고 이국적인 풍부한 과일 향과 입안에서 감도는 부드러운 맛에 그만 매료되고 말았다.

I couldn't forget the Doichang black coffee flavor when I was be in the ocean sounds. The Phuket trip ended, we return to Chiang Rai. And even before banished the fatigue of travel, we went to Doichang. The Doichang way was succession of a meandering steep mountain path.
푸켓의 바다내음 속에서도 떠나기 전 날의 도이창 블랙커피의 향미는 계속적으로 나의 입안에서 감돌고 있었다. 푸켓의 여행은 그렇게 끝났고 우리부자는 치앙라이로 다시 향했다. 그리고는 여독이 풀리기도 전에 도이창으로 발길을 옮겼다. 도이창으로 가는 길은 꼬불꼬불한 험준한 산길의 연속이었다.

In the old days the Triangle drug king Kunsa was planted drug here. The soldiers participated in the operations in this inhospitable mountain, they seemed to be a hard time of it. Turning around and going up for a long time, there was a sweeping down view of the mountain ridge views. The coffee trees were started to show after overed the place.
그 옛날 트라이앵글 마약왕 쿤사시절에 마약을 재배하던 곳이라고 한다. 작전에 참여한 군인들이 이 험한 산길에서 많이도 애를 먹었으리라 보인다. 한참을 돌고 돌아 올라가다 보니 산 아래가 내려다보이는 확 트인 산등성이가 나타났다. 그 곳을 곧장 넘어서니 커피나무들이 보이기 시작하였다.

The sun began to shine brighter in the afternoon. The sunshine stayed a moment, Suddenly gone and changed to frigid temperatures. This is a climate of high mountain. In this climate high density of the coffee fruit grown and doubling the coffee flavor.
오후가 되니 강렬한 햇살이 나타났다. 그 햇살은 짧은 시간 동안만 잠시 머무르다 갑자기 사라지고 써늘한 기온으로 일순간 변하였다. 이것이 고산의 기후였다. 이러한 기후 속에서 고산의 커피열매가 자라니 그 밀도가 단단해져 커피의 향미를 배가 시키는 작용을 하는 모양이다.

In the world, the coffee trees can grow well within the climatic conditions in equatorial regions formed. This area call coffee belt(coffee zone). Thai Arabica coffee trees product by the high mountain of northern Thailand. My coffee love has started from the Doichang coffee trees.
세계에는 커피나무가 잘 자랄 수 있는 기후조건을 갖춘 지역이 적도 부근으로 형성되어 있다. 그 지역을 커피벨트(커피존)라고 명명한다. 타이의 아라비카 커피나무는 타이북부 고산지역에서만 재배 생산되고 있다. 나의 커피사랑이 도이창의 커피나무로부터 시작되게 되었다.
